Mesotherapy is a technique that uses injections of vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and plant extracts to rejuvenate and tighten skin, as well as remove excess fat.
Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive technique that consists of local skin therapy with substances that perform specific functions. These substances are given in small quantities through multiple dermal punctures. The objective is to induce bio-revitalisation by stimulation of tissues, new cell growth and increased collagen synthesis. This is achieved by local administration of vitamins, amino acids and herbal extracts, which have proven bio-stimulation effects.
At Hill Street Clinic we use the U225 Meso Gun which is the most sophisticated mesotherapy injector in the world. This smoothly injects mesotherapy 3mm under the skin, allowing for more injections and a much quicker treatment for the entire face and neck. This is also much more comfortable than the traditional technique of injections by hand.

A course of six treatments. Once you complete the recommended course, the results can last 12 months.
Downtime
There may be some superficial swelling, redness and signs of tiny needle marks after treatment which will settle in 24-48 hours. This may take a little longer around the eye area so you may need a little recovery time.
Final result
Treatments are carried out every 1-2 weeks depending upon the area being treated. Single treatments do not give lasting results.

How many treatments will I need?
At Hill Street Clinic we recommend a course of 6 mesotherapy treatments and results from these treatments will last from approximately 12 months. Mesotherapy as a single treatment will not give lasting results and treatments should be carried out initially every 1-2 weeks.
How is the treatment carried out?
Bio-revitalization products are chosen to suit your concern and injected using very tiny needles with a mesotherapy technique. Micro injections stimulate fibroblasts to product more hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin. Treatment has ongoing benefits beyond the course of treatment. Hydration levels are boosted and there is improvement of the skin surface creating a natural fresh look.
What is the aftercare?
We recommend our patients to wear SPF and avoid extreme temperatures such as sauna, jacuzzi, sunbeds and direct sunlight. Avoid make-up on the day of the treatment and use a mineral makeup after treatment to protect the skin.
What can I expect after my treatment?
You will experience some superficial swelling, which will settle within 24-48 hours. Although rare, other possible side effects include the appearance of some small needle marks which will also resolve within a few days. Treatment around the eye area may take longer to settle – possibly 5-7 days.
